decided to make chocolate bar from beans from the Amazon rainforests this Halloween evening over at Jerry's place I got myself a coffee bean roaster from amazon.com I adjusted the rotation speed and placed it over the stove to roast slowly I was cracking you're that but the beans are dry enough you start hearing cracking After 10 minutes roasting it done The beans cracked easily in my hands now I removed the husk from the beans The next step is to pulverize the beans Of the five minutes you get a hundred percent chocolate paste To make 70 percent chocolate at sugar and stear Bring out the mode and start pouring the paste into the mode Even out the paste in the mode put the whole thing into the fridge I got five minutes. The bar is ready Easily pushed the bar out from the mode and there you have it bean bar
